ABOUT THIS MISSION
The Minizens at the Motion Center have a ton of balloons leftover from a party. They don’t want to waste perfectly good balloons by throwing them in the trash, so they’ve thought of a fun way to reuse the balloons – a Balloon Hovercraft Making Challenge!
YOUR MISSION
Join the Motion Center’s Balloon Hovercraft Making Challenge. Your task is to make and decorate your own balloon hovercrafts. You can also try doing your own balloon hovercraft race! Don’t forget to send us photos or videos of your race!
MISSION MATERIALS
This mission requires the following materials:
- Balloons
- Old CDs
- Markers
- Sports bottle spout
- Strong Glue
- Measuring Tape
- Balloon pump (optional)

MISSION DETAILS
This is a Mini Mission that can be done anytime. The time it takes to complete the mission vary, but usually it takes about 30 to 45 minutes to complete each activity. This mission is can be done at home, in school, or in any space that has a comfortable space for children to work creatively in. Adult supervision is recommended.
