ABOUT THIS MISSION
The Minizens at the Float Facility are building the largest collection of things that float! That’s why they are always on the lookout for things that float that they can add to their growing collection.
YOUR MISSION
To help them, your mission is to learn all about how things float! Your challenge is to find objects around your house and conduct tests to check if they can be added to the Minizen’s Float Collection.
MISSION MATERIALS
This mission requires:
- a large bowl or a small tub filled with water
- objects commonly found around the house
- printed worksheets (print files are provided)
MISSION DETAILS
This is a Free DIY Mission that can be done anytime. The time it takes to complete the mission vary, but usually it takes about 15 to 30 minutes to complete each activity. This mission is can be done at home, in school, or in any space that has a comfortable space for children to work creatively in. Adult supervision is recommended.
